I wish I could give zero stars! I never received a proof before processing and the product is LAUGHABLE. Doesn’t look anything like the photo I sent in. I emailed to complain and have been jerked around for OVER A MONTH saying they would re-do the shirt and continue to ignore my emails or send me to a different email address. Save yourself time and money by going elsewhere! I have requested a refund twice now and I continue to get ignored.
The hat took forever to arrive. I honestly started to think the website might be a scam because when I called the phone number they provided, it went straight to a voicemail box for “Kenny.”
There were also group emails going back and forth between the business and other customers, which I didn’t think was very professional. I didn’t even receive a preview of my design until I asked for one.
The preview actually looked better than the finished product, even though the preview wasn’t that impressive either. They used black stitching on a navy blue hat, so you can barely see the design. The overall quality is very cheap and poorly made—similar to something you’d get from Wish or Temu. I think if I received a new navy blue classic hat with white stitching I would be a little more content.
Husband LOVES the hat! He is obsessed with our cat and has many different cat dad clothing articles but this hat takes the top spot in his wardrobe.
I loved it! It was a gift and was pleasantly surprised how well it was made and turned out.
Terrible! Not at all like pictures on website. Photos are jut outlines, no features! Want to return! Will not give to my son for Father’s day! So disappointed!

Wow! Super impressed. I ordered this for my husband for Valentines Day. I figured it wouldn’t show up in time, as I ordered just 5 days before. It was delivered on V Day and it is amazing and he loves it.
I can’t say thank you enough, axel was my best friend and wearing this hat keeps me and him closer. It turned out perfect.
