When I Receive My Order

At Eocraftworks, we work around the clock to ensure your order is crafted and delivered as quickly as possible.

Production and shipping typically take 10–15 business days for U.S. orders and 15–25 business days for international orders, depending on location and any unforeseen postal delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

My Tracking Number Doesn't Work

Tracking updates may take 48–96 hours to appear after your tracking number is issued.

This delay occurs because tracking events are only updated once the shipment reaches the carrier’s local facility.

Please note that some carriers may take longer to update tracking information, especially for items such as t-shirts, posters, canvas, or mugs.

Why Is My Order Tracking Not Moving

We understand that delays in tracking updates can be frustrating.

During peak seasons, some shipments may have limited or delayed tracking information. However, please rest assured that your order is on the way and will be delivered within our estimated timeframe.

Delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs.

If your order shows no movement for 10–15 days, please contact us via our support team so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
