How do I place an order?
Ordering from EO.Craftworks is simple! Browse our collection, select your desired product, customize it (if applicable), and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I request a custom engraving design?
Absolutely! We specialize in personalized engraving. You can upload your own design or provide details of what you’d like, and our team will create a mock-up for approval before engraving.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Can I see a preview of my custom design before production?
Yes! For custom orders, we provide a digital proof for approval before engraving. Production will begin once you confirm the design.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Standard orders: Processing time is typically 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.
- Custom engraved orders: Processing time is 5-7 business days, plus shipping time.
- Rush orders: If you need expedited processing, please contact us before placing your order.
What are the shipping options and costs?
Shipping costs depend on the order size, weight, and location. You can view the shipping fees at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a customized item?
Because all custom-engraved items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless there is a defect or engraving error on our part.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only available for non-customized items returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What materials do you use for engraving?
We work with wood, glass, acrylic, leather, and metal. Each product description will specify the materials used.
How do I care for my engraved item?
- Wood & Bamboo: Avoid prolonged water exposure and clean with a damp cloth.
- Glass & Metal: Hand wash only with mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbing.
- Leather: Keep away from water and condition it periodically to maintain quality.
