Awful customer service. No responses and no approval prior to printing. 3 weeks late with no responses.
Love it
Thank you! Great quality. I am having my picture of Chief framed.
The glass turned out great
I didn't hear much on progress until it got here, but it literally made my husband cry.
The hat is poor quality and the image is very bad. Shipping timeframe was also off. Would not recommend.
I ordered 2 hats for my husband for his Birthday with our dogs on them and they came out perfect!! They look exactly like the pictures I sent in. He absolutely loves them. Great job. Will order again in the future. Thanks again. :)
Received the suncatcher and it's awesome!!!! I highly recommend all dog lovers get one.
My mug was perfect! Jimmy’s picture was exactly as he was, thank you
I wish I could give zero stars! I never received a proof before processing and the product is LAUGHABLE. Doesn’t look anything like the photo I sent in. I emailed to complain and have been jerked around for OVER A MONTH saying they would re-do the shirt and continue to ignore my emails or send me to a different email address. Save yourself time and money by going elsewhere! I have requested a refund twice now and I continue to get ignored.
The hat took forever to arrive. I honestly started to think the website might be a scam because when I called the phone number they provided, it went straight to a voicemail box for “Kenny.”
There were also group emails going back and forth between the business and other customers, which I didn’t think was very professional. I didn’t even receive a preview of my design until I asked for one.
The preview actually looked better than the finished product, even though the preview wasn’t that impressive either. They used black stitching on a navy blue hat, so you can barely see the design. The overall quality is very cheap and poorly made—similar to something you’d get from Wish or Temu. I think if I received a new navy blue classic hat with white stitching I would be a little more content.
Husband LOVES the hat! He is obsessed with our cat and has many different cat dad clothing articles but this hat takes the top spot in his wardrobe.
I loved it! It was a gift and was pleasantly surprised how well it was made and turned out.
Terrible! Not at all like pictures on website. Photos are jut outlines, no features! Want to return! Will not give to my son for Father’s day! So disappointed!
Excellent etching of my dogs on a quality glass.
These glasses came out AMAZING and my husband was thrilled with the gift. I will definitely be ordering more of these!
Hat came out amazing.
It turned out better than I could imagine. I love it looks just like my babies.
Great suncatcher! Very well made, substantial not flimsy. Colors and patterns to select from very good. They did a wonderful job as it was a memorial to my beloved pug.
My husband loved his glass! The etched picture was perfect!
Turned out so beautiful! My husband loved it!
The hat was absolutely perfect. Incredible detail and completely exceeded my expectations. My wife was thrilled with her Mother’s Day gift from our three dogs!
Great colors, great finish, and great company!
I'll buy more!
My kids loved them so much I’ll have to order more soon!!!
Wonderful job!!! Exactly what I was hoping for!!
