I sent the photos I wanted replicated. They did mock-ups on the type of medium I had selected for purchase. They asked me to review the mock-ups to suggest changes or give my approval. The mock-ups were fabulous. I approved. They created and very expertly and carefully packed my glassware for successful shipping. These will be well loved Christmas presents!
