It’s a beautiful piece
The finished product was very good. But the effort to get to that place was too long. Took 48 hrs to get someone to reply. I had changes of font type, etc. It just took too long for a reply. It was a house-gift where I was going. Should have arrived BEFORE I got there. It arrived the day I was leaving. Very disappointed in that.
I received the glass. But not the decanter.
I thought Decanter was included. Very misleading.
I did not think the photo on the glass looked like my dog’s photo
I immediately contacted you that the decanter arrived shattered. I sent pictures. I received a response that a new decanter was going to be immediately shipped to replace the shattered decanter. It has not arrived at my home yet!! Please expedite shipment for the decanter now! The 4 glasses arrived carefully wrapped and undamaged. The decanter was not protected properly-only limited, thin cushion around it in a very thin cardboard box at bottom of shipping box. You need to protect your product better!! I want the decanter replaced! Thank you.
