I sent the photos I wanted replicated. They did mock-ups on the type of medium I had selected for purchase. They asked me to review the mock-ups to suggest changes or give my approval. The mock-ups were fabulous. I approved. They created and very expertly and carefully packed my glassware for successful shipping. These will be well loved Christmas presents!

The hat is almost perfect (it's hard to get stitching right at some angles sometimes). The picture came out great on the leather. I'll be ordering a couple more.
